What is Tapping Therapy?
Tapping Therapy is a form of alternative therapy that involves tapping with the fingertips on specific points on the body. The points correspond to meridians or energy channels in the body that are used in traditional Chinese medicine.
The theory behind tapping therapy is that negative emotions and beliefs can cause disruptions in the body's energy system, leading to physical and emotional symptoms. By tapping on these specific points, the person can release these blockages and restore balance to their energy system.
During a tapping session, the individual typically focuses on a specific issue or problem while tapping on the designated points.
Tapping therapy is often used to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, PTSD, addictions, grief, pain, and more.

About Me
I used to suffer from anxiety. Although I have always kept fit and got plenty of exercise, my anxiety was always there.
